Mr. Deimling has over 25 years of hands-on experience in construction/building consulting and has served as managing director of multiple firms prior to starting D2 Consulting Group. Mr. Deimling's primary focus is to provide dispute resolution, appraisal, and umpire services to the insurance industry as well as provide expert testimony on litigated cases. In addition, Mr. Deimling​​ has extensive experience in managing, valuating, and negotiating to settlement large commercial building and complex property claims including performing damage evaluations, formulating, and submitting formal reports, estimating the total cost to replace or repair the claimed structures, and development of claim review packages. He has also managed multiple response and triage risk assessment teams during national catastrophes/disasters.​
